Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2021

Live Equal Foundation For Philanthropy, from time to time, seeks funding support in the form of donations to support our interventions. We take utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. In the rare and unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, Live Equal Foundation For Philanthropy will respond to the donor within 4 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The time taken to process the refund will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send an email request for a refund within 48 hours of making the donation to support@liveequal.org along with the following information:

1. Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.
2. In case a paper receipt has been issued to the donor, the donor will have to attach a scanned copy of the receipt in the email. The donor will also have to return the original receipt to our office address by registered post within 2 weeks.

If a tax exemption certificate is already issued, Live Equal Foundation For Philanthropy will not be able to refund the donation. However, in case of a valid refund request due to any error on Live Equal Foundation For Philanthropy’s part, the donation will be refunded.

We do not accept international donations as of now.
