The LEF Scholarship for Girls

This scholarship program has been conceptualised to help girls currently enrolled in classes VIII, IX and X and hailing from economically disadvantaged, to stay enrolled in school. A scholarship grant of up to INR 10,000 per student per annum will be provided to the selected candidates.

How will the scholarship be managed?

Live Equal Foundation is entering into a strategic partnership with NSDL e-Gov. The scholarship will be available on and managed via Vidyasaarathi – a tech platform for applying to various scholarships.

Is there an eligibility criteria?

  • The scholarship is open to girl students from any state or UT in India.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in Class VIII, Class IX or Class X in a recognised educational institute in India at the time of applying.
  • Annual family income of the candidates from all sources should not be more than INR 3,60,000.
